Does this resonate?

If you've been feeling stuck, on edge, or like the past keeps pulling you back, you're in the right place.

Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness can linger long after painful events. Talk therapy helps you understand your story; brain-based therapy helps your nervous system finally put it down. My focus is helping you heal, energize, and become aware of your inner strengths, in a neutral, safe space with a treatment plan built around you.

Hey, I'm Sarah!

So very happy you're here.

I'm a licensed clinical social worker and certified school social worker with more than 15 years of experience guiding adolescents and young adults, in therapeutic day schools, public schools and private practice. My passion is trauma and how trauma throughout a lifetime impacts brain development, which lets me look at each person as a whole and tailor treatment to their unique needs.

I use a variety of brain-based modalities and, fair warning, I often incorporate humor. Healing is serious work; it doesn't have to be grim.

Do the work

Together we build a plan: EMDR, Brainspotting, ART, or a blend, in weekly sessions or an intensive, in person or online.
